Here are some facts that might help though: Next week there's some DLC, yay! The original music pack is on it's way soon Leerdammer is absolutely packed with fixes and tweaks and new things that will make life easier and more enjoyable. More on that in coming weeks, it must be the biggest update to the game so far. We've been laying out plans for some cool events, contests, and all sorts of stuff to happen over coming months - we have a plan, and we're putting it into action. You're not forgotten, you'll see! The way he phrased it implies that next week's DLC won't be the music pack, but it's great to hear that's coming soon. Now it's speculation time! What will be next week's DLC? I've got my money on a Nathan Drake costume, considering that Uncharted 2 is very soon to be released. If it was, I'd buy it instantly!

Well the Disney and Marvel Costumes have already been confirmed, just not their release dates. Also The Ratchet and Clank pack probably won't be released till late October(when the all new R&C game comes out). I'm really curious about the Music pack.

My ideas for a music pack - kinda cheesy, but roll with me here. Any song with heavy emphasis on drums and guitar would do really well. I'm also positive that a piano-only piece would do well (such as Tiny Piano from the game Lumines Supernova), and that, generally, faster songs would be appreciated.

Music pack? Color me interested!! . Interested isn't a colour... But yea... A music pack sounds awesome! I've been waiting for it ever since that Mm podcast. I wonder if the DLC next week will be Disney...? I highly doubt it, but if it is, it'd better be the old Disney, not the new stuff. (Except Pirates of the Caribbean, that's okay.) I could go for a Simba costume.

so its more then just one track, thats pretty neat. But... people will probably begin using them because their new, they probably wont fit the theme of the level and they will get pretty old fast because of that.

hmmm music eh, well if this comes into reality then it certainly will be sweet music to my ears , that said i doubt it would get me back in to playing lbp ive gotten bored of playing yet again, maybe when i get hold of a psn card to get some dlc i might get back in to the game and create some more levels bigger and better and more wow than ever

Music pack?! This is getting me excited for LBP again!! Even more so than water! I'm all giddy right now... If they include new sounds to make music with, I will go crazy and make music levels again... I haven't made one in awhile since the sounds we have now are rubbish.

Ahhhh, then I hope there will be a Shueisha/Square Enix DLC, since at TGS Sony signed with those 2 manga editors for digital manga distribution. If Marvel will have C.America, Iron Man and Wolverine DLCs, I hope we will have OnePiece, Full Metal Alchemist and other mangas DLCs. As I said countless times, Japanese loves that kind of stuff, and sales would get through the roof. I don't know how much LBP sold in Japan, but this kind of marketing would skyrocket sales.

A music pack will be welcome, but where's the option to add your own music from HDD? It would be so cool if I could include some Cure songs as the soundtrack to my Cure inspired level, Gothic Reverie. Copyright issues, I guess...

I hope there's some sad music for once. All the LBP songs(with the exception of Song 2) are all happy go lucky. LBP levels have morphed into more and more serious themes, and MM needs to adress this through some of the music choices they make available.

Ah, I can't wait for even more news on the Music Pack. Hopefully it will have lots of sounds like the piano, and maybe even the extended range of the piano! That is, I'm hoping it's not just a bunch of normal and editable tracks, but new sounds and tools for us music people to play with. I've been thinking about making a new music level for a while, but it looks like that voyage is going to be delayed for a few more weeks.

A music pack? Sweet! Then again it makes me sad because I'm awful at music lol. But I remember a suggestion, it would be awesome if you could make a music level and put your music into a music player, so that you could hear it anywhere in the level and share music with other creators
