The Code

I'm starting on a level loosely based off The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Mainly the beginning part where you have to catch those kids to get the code.
And thats where the title comes from. "The Code".
Instead of trying to catch the kids, you have to find them....kind of like a hide and seek sort of thing.
I modified the Level Lock concept that rtm223 made a bit to fit the theme of my level.
I hope he doesnt mind if i did that. I have started on it already.
I dont have any pics of it yet, i started this yesterday and i wanted your opinion about it.

i havent given it much thought. i was just gunna let them figure out the code to pass the level. if u want a prize or something, i can come up with something. i'm not great with creating stuff, so dont expect anything too special.2009-09-26 04:29:00

i wanted it to start kind of easy, then progressively get hard

supposedly a hard part, those lil lumps are electrified.

spikes arranged to make this part almost impossible

those lil lumps are electrified, the first 1 is the hardest to get over

by the way, there are 5 kids to get the code from and each 1 has a different color hat. each hat represents where they stand on entering the code, just a lil hint. this also tests your memory, no cheating and writing down the numbers.

I'll be honest, right now - your level sounds really, really, REALLY hard.

Have you ever considered the skill of the average player in making this? I mean, come on, this sounds just cruel.

Lol, it actually sounds like my kind of skill - I'm a real hard core platforming lover, and it shows. I almost aced Serpent Shrine with cog, stupid last bomb xD


Make this and I will be sure to play it, ace it, and maybe get highscore

@goldenclaw, sry, i dont think aceing this level is possible. theres this part where you have to say goodbye to your sack person to go on
i'll try to make it a little more easier for the general public, but i'm not making any promises.
ohh yeah, i decided that i'm gunna add a boss after you pass the part where you have to enter the code.
i dont have any of the good downloaded content, so dont expect anything epic.
with all that i got so far, my thermo is little over half filled, so i'm not sure how this is gunna turn out.
again, i'm not that great with creating stuff, so dont expect too much.
