I would really like to see a Cloudy, with a chance of meatballs lvl!

I saw the movie a while ago and I'm thinking of making a level based on the game.

So get your plates ready, because, it'z a gonna a rain a meat-a-balls!:arg:

None.

I personally don't like movie and game based levels. They show little creativity, and a level that was made from the creators imagination is always great!

I've never thought to search for an Eraserhead level.

Someone MUST have made an Eraserhead level.

Only if done great would I like for levels based on Pirates of the Caribbean, Chronicles of Narnia, The Dark Knight, Up, Spider Man, XMen, etc...

The only movie level I can think of that is truly great is that new Harry Potter level that came out about a week ago. There is that Star Wars level series but I find most of them to be mediocre at best.

Everything Pixar would make an awesome level actually!!

I would love to see a good Indiana Jones level for once though, not one that is just a temple with a rolling boulder as a climax but one that actually follows one of the movies.

I have some recreation from the intro for Kingdom of The Crystal Skull on my moon wich looks pretty nice. I just wanted to recreate the hangar and combined with the layerglitch for that one it looks pretty good if I say so myself.

I would like to see a level for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

*starts building*

But the problem with movie levels is that a lot of movies wouldn't work as a level. So I can't think of any others.

Well you have to take bits and pieces wich form the essence of that certain movie, the scenes most people remember from the film in the first place. You've done the same with Sacky Potter.

But off course, a movie like Memento for example will probably not work in LBP.

Mary Poppins and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate factory

Great choice foofles! I don't know how many times I started a Willy Wonka & the Chocolate factory level.... really hard to do it justice in my opinion. Mary Poppins would really rock also.

Plot away, Jack!

Although it might need to have a story.

Someone MUST have made an Eraserhead level.

I'm currently building a level inspired by the works of David Lynch, among other influences such as Silent Hill and J-Horror movies. I initially thought of making Eraserhead, but seriously...how would you translate the idea of a man who stares into a radiator for hours and hallucinates a grinning lady squishing worms under her heel into LBP gameplay? I also though of doing Lost Highway, but I was stumped for a way to make sackboy transmorph into an entirely different sackboy after a night in jail. You could politely ask the player to change their outfit I guess, but there's no way to actually force them to do this in order to move on. Anyway, I decided in the end to try and capture the spirit of David Lynch rather than recreate any of his movies. The result is Tenement, which is about 60% complete and should be published in a month or so.

Edit: If anyone here should successfully recreate Mullholland Drive with the lesbian sex scenes included and still manage to get it past the sensors, be sure to let me know okay?

I'd love to see a King Kong level. Or a Gremlins level. Or The Mummy. Any blockbuster-y action film can probably be translated into LBP successfully if you manage to get the essence and don't skimp on the gameplay. Its the talky stuff that would be tend to be difficult. Hence the lack of Woody Allen levels. heh heh.

Lol, I think YOUR levels are an exception, most movie levels lack originality but you managed to turn an hour and a half of yoda rambling on about the dark side into something LBP related, CONGRATS!!!
