On Impact Switch?

How could I make a switch which activates on impact anywhere on the level. If possible, I don't want to have to place 50 magnetic key switches all over my level . Help?2009-09-24 22:55:00

Not sure, but I'm instantly thinking of hollowing out the object, putting a magnetic key in the center attached to a spring, and rigging it so that when it moves off center it will turn into a logic "TRUE".

At least in theory.

Lol, nice solution, Jagrevi. What happens during acceleration, though? You'd have to set up additional logic so that it won't turn to true in certain places (i.e. where it gets flung/launched from).2009-09-24 23:08:00

Hm, Jagrevi's sounds good.

As long as its acting under gravity u should be fine. Just if the sensor is thrown or shaken in any way you might start coming into probloms.
