Interesting. South American slum combat. Not as cool as the boat intro in the last one, but definitely looks distinctly Call of Duty. I just have to decide whether or not to go PC or PS3. I hate the dual analog controls, but I'm not sure my PC is quite up to the task. And I don't play online very often at all using the PC...

Yeah very COD, I'm really intersted in the story, much more than gameplay. I'm one of those who doesn't find COD gameplay stellar, ut I find Modern Warfare experience exciting as a sum of story, setting, gameplay. Get it on the PS3 Teeb, where everyone has the same pad and there's so few people cheating. And we can have some matches online.

It kind of ****** me off that they don't implement split screen multiplayer support in this game. This would win me over to the PS3 version in a HEARTBEAT. Warhawk supports 4-player split screen. You have to play in an unranked server, which is a pain, but it supports it. Even better is Resistance 2. Fantastic multiplayer options for a couple of people sitting on the same couch. I'm sure they could include this with Call of Duty, and I know it's not going to be included. It's a **** travesty. It's the main reason I would go console if I could. Because truthfully, I can't stand dual-analog control for shooters. They're making this a tough decision for me. But I'm actually more interested in the solo campaign than multiplayer. CoD4 was just incredible. What they do best with these games is create awesome set-pieces. There's a wide variety of locations and events, and while they're certainly scripted, it's almost always thrilling and amazing to experience. Moreso than most other games, Modern Warfare felt kind of like an amusement park ride. It's like riding a rollercoaster. It's hard to capture that in a game. This is what draws me in to this series, even as I'm getting woefully sick of shooters in general. The sequel looks to follow this tradition, I'm sure it'll be a good time.

Gotta love the crowd's reaction throughout the video. *Leaves dog at fence alone* Ooh... *Dies, respawns* *Shotgun's dog at fence* Rofl! It was cool how he was able to sneak up on the enemy a few times. Yet another game I am beyond psyched for yet I can't afford.

Maybe if the main character was nicknamed Toast I could understand the jam covering the screen when shot but at the moment it still bugs me
