| Most people with specific designs in mind end up making custom stickers. My guess would be by making the pattern out of create mode blocks of material, stickering it, then taking a picture. | PSEye, like Kipmonlin said, is the one way to import any pictures from anywhere onto the game. However, I would recommend the Eye Toy instead. My friend (RustBukkit) has a PSEye and the quality is terrible. And I heard Eye Toy has better quality instead...
