There was a day where that had to be the way to pull off that pesky task-not anymore  An infinite Lives Checkpoint is in Creator Pack 1 (downloadable for free off PSN). | I had downloaded it because I thought it was in there, but come to think of it... the blasted thing added nothing to my game. I will have to go and redownload it tonight.
