Archive: 47 posts

I definitely plan to. LBP goodness EVERYWHERE I GO. It's what dreams are made of.

Getting the new psp go when it comes out especially for it.

(Well I say I'm getting it, my girlfriend is buying it me!) haha

Just so everyone knows, you don't NEED a PSPGo to play the game.

A regular 1000-3000 works fine.

I plan on getting it, though.

Unfortunately, I probably won't be getting it for a while. I need a PSP first and I don't have enough money for one.2009-09-23 20:48:00

I've already got it pre-ordered ( ?17.99 ) but I can't afford a new PSP so the old one will have to do. That's if it still works, I haven't used it for about 2 years.2009-09-23 21:51:00

i dont know if its really going to be worth buying a psp JUST for this ga,e.

depends if its just a watered down version, or if its more then just a portable version of the first.

Whoops, strayfeliscatus! The PSP go doesn't play umd's everything on it is digital distribution.

Unfortunetly, Pre-ordering a game you can't even use is not the smartest thing to do...

I probably will, have to play it on the oldest psp but I don't care.
If money decides to drop out of the sky I will buy a PSPgo as well.

Since I wasn't sure if the game would come as a UMD or a download voucher like Patapon 2, I decided to pre-order it. I can always cancel if it's a UMD.

Hoping to get it the day it comes out here. It's one of the reasons I got a PSP-3000 last month, and I'm excited about the create mode since I can now play anytime instead of with the PS3 version where I'm lucky to get 2 hours a day on it.2009-09-24 18:46:00

Cancel? Cancel?

Now that the store has got your money they aren't about to refund it anytime soon.

If you wanted pre-order goodies then you get them if you download lbp psp within 1 month of release.

I'm sorry, but I think you've made a big mistake, I hope you have an original PSP to play that umd on.

I've canceled pre-orders before at this particular store, and they're very nice about it. Besides, what's the loss of one pre-order when they've got so many more from me?

Where did you read about the pre-order goodies?

I know, but my phat's analog nub is completely crapped up.
I could always use my DS3 over remotejoy, but that takes away from the whole 'portable aspect'.

Honestly, I would expect the former.

Don't get me wrong, if portable is a big deal to you, then it's still a very big deal - but taking that out of the equation, I would be surprised if it was more than a shadow of Little Big Planet.

I might. But I can't anyway. I sold my PSP.

Then again, I have better things to spend money on. I mean, I already have LBP for my PS3...

Wasteing ?150 on something i will never use?!?! Never. This is more sonys fault. I think the technology is there for bigger UMDs(maybe 16GB+?) but it doesn't look like they're trying to make them any bigger. If the UMD was 16GB-32GB there would be 8-16 times more room so I'm sure there'd be FULL multiplayer and create.

From what I've seen, holding the R button toggles rotating and resizing with teh nub. I would guess that it would toggle the buttons as well for copying and flipping. (annoying, I know :|)

The whole point of LBP PSP is LittleBigPlanet on the go. If you have that much free time at home to sit down and play the PS3 version, then the PSP version isn't really necessary.

Anyways, I'll probably just get it to see what it's like. I don't plan on playing it that much. I'll probably just use it as an incentive to play the PS3 version, because I use the PSP a lot more...

(annoying, I know :|) the psp has annoying flaws and restrictions, eh? Really small memory UMDs, no second analogue with that click thing you can do by pressing them down. i bet if the UMD size was even just 2-4 times bigger they could've put in multiplayer and full create mode D: heres hoping for 16GB+ UMDs one day soon2009-09-27 14:52:00

Seems like a rumor. Because I've searched at the deepest parts of the interwebs, but didn't find any official press or info about it.

Also, I'm getting this day 1. heh, LBP on a psp? sweet!, sacrificing multiplayer is alright for me because 90% of my multiplayer experience were quite bothersome.

Really nice, I knew it was going to be small but it really is quite tiny! The screen doesn't feel too small at all though which is good. Really bright and crisp too. Only had a quick go on it but seems very good up to now!

I got to play this game at Comic-Con, and I am definitely going to get. I bought a 16 GB memory stick for my PSP 2000 just for this game (I am going to download it because I heard that the UMD version has long load times). I was going to buy a PSP Go, but I already own a good amount of UMDs.2009-10-04 03:53:00

Hey Unicorn Squad...that's very nice and romantic of you...I'm sure she'll love it!

Anyways, I'm definitely getting this on release. Even though I don't have the PSP Go, I'm sure this will look just as good on my silver PSP 3000.

It's funny, I bought a PSP just because I heard Stephen Fry was voicing in this... I've regretted that ever since . ah well.

And no, I probably won't get it- my PSP will probably continue to collect dust >_>

I am definitely getting this on launch day as a PSN download. I have an original PSP 1000 (from launch day in 2005!) that has seen literally thousands of hours of gameplay and is still going strong. I also picked up a PSP Go when it came out on Oct 1 and I love it. I have been playing Gran Turismo PSP on the Go nonstop, and I can vouch for its awesomeness - both the game and the handheld.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to having LBP in a portable format. I get a lot more use out of my PSP than my PS3, so I can't wait.

I don't think he got it on launch day, but certainly sometime in 2005. The guy at the game store where he traded it in hadn't even seen one before.2009-10-27 18:18:00

Ha, you got the psp go? Its just like the DSI, just a useless slider screen and some dumb new features that could be already added to the great psp...

But OF course im getting lbp psp! mainly for what i think will be my other part of my free time, that would be on my way to school or other places.

Technically, the Bluetooth features could not be added to the original PSP. The PSP Go has many good features, but since my old PSP still works great, I don't think I will get one. Maybe I will get the next version they release.2009-10-30 21:31:00
