Yeah i used to be addicted to achievements on the 360 but i just can't get up for playing any computer games for months now as i'm sooooo looking forward to LittleBigPlanet that nothing else gets me excited lol Can't believe i stayed at Manchester airport on Tuesday night with work but didn't finish work till 7PM and by the time i would've got showered and ready and got a cab into the city centre (?25 each way the cabbie told me on the way into our hotel, as i asked him lol) It would've been too late really and was worried i was gonna pay ?50 pounds to go, get there at 8PM and it was ment to be The Mad Science show that night till 10PM and didn't know if that ment i was gonna get a chance to play the game so i didn't go **** IT. SOOOO CLOSE YET SOOOO FAR LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just looked through all the trophies, and man, so many of them are social. That's a good thing, obviously, to really encourage the social aspect of it. I just hope that people don't cop out afterwards. Such as, "Okay, I want to get this trophy, so I'll go *Heart!* random levels," and never touch it again. That's my concern.

Well, so does the Big Boss achievement in MGS4. But people still do it. It IS a Gold trophy, after all... The big question between them is whether you have to do it in one go, or each level individually, so you can work on it more. Also, I was going to make a comment along the same lines, that some of those are going to be pretty hard, but reasonable at the same time. Difficult...but certainly not impossible.

The "Play" trophy sounds really hard to get. If you die, just start the level. By what they mean is "acing" a level (notice the Ace symbol for the trophy), which is beating a level without dying. So could just ace the levels at your own pace. Not saying it's easy, but it's not as hard as going level after level, dying at the 32th and starting all over again. d: Hahaha.

Just came back from my PS3 to see if anyone beat me- looks like I'm 12 hours late. Anyway, yeah, it's awesome that we know this. I've been playing Uncharted this week, and getting the trophies has proven to be fun. HopefullyI'll be able to get Platinum. Hm... For play, it says that there are some levels in story mode that force you to die at some point... what could that mean? Would it mean having to die to do something to beat the level- if so, we should be able to do that as well, since they used everything we can. So, I suppose we can build levels where you have to die to win.

Hm... For play, it says that there are some levels in story mode that force you to die at some point... what could that mean? Some levels are just mini-games. For example in one level you have to stay on top of a bucking cow for as long as possible and when you fall off your taken to the finish.

SOMEONE, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS, I KNOW, IT'S LONG! jeeze laweeze. i've only gotten trophies for Super Stardust HD, and that game has only like, 15 or so trophies in it. i don't have em all, and that means i dont have the platinum for it, but i'v got most of them. the trophies i got from that game got me to level 2.5. (2 and halfway to 3). so i'm asking this to a more experienced trophy collector. do these 50 or so trophies (i haven't counted) give tons of experience towards your leveling because of its amount, or does it spread the experiece out so that it stays the same amount of the other trophied games? (yes, i do realize that SSHD is a psstore game, which brings 2 more questions: how many trophies do normal games usually have, and do they give more xp?) last question, i promise. (geez this is lengthy) do platinum trophies give you experience? hopefully somebody out there navigates this jungle of words and can answer.

Yowza. Since the whole trophy thing is new I'm not 100% sure but I do recall reading somewhere that the points received for trophies for each game would be even. SO if you had 1000 trophies in MGS9 and only 2 trophies in LBP8 the points earned would be the same. [ press enter once in a while bro ]

I like the fact that the trophys help build the LBP community, by rating other levels and such. I'm not really bothered about the trophys anyway, it's just added bonus to a brilliant game in my eyes.

All bronze trophies earn exactly the same amount of experience, no matter what game you're playing. The same goes for Silver, and Gold, and even Platinum (Note that PSStore games don't have Platinums, unless they're on Blu Ray aswell). Only thing is, as you up levels, you need more experience to level up. E.g. Say a bronze trophy is 10 xp. Say level 1-2 requires 30 xp. It means you have to get 3 bronze trophies to hit the next level, whereas from level 2-3 it might be 70 xp, which would cause you to get 7 bronze trophies. NOTE: The figures I gave are completely made up. Just using them as an example.

That would relly suck if only ten people on the planet could get the platinum trophy. Perhaps the wording for that trophy description should be changed to prevent future confuzzlement?
