Activating a SPS

So i made a Sack Positioning system. With the 3-way switch and the pistons and all that Jazz. But what i want to do now, is to make it so the SPS actives once a certain switch is triggered (a permanent switch is what i want) The only solution I can come up with is to move the SPS out of the player's range and then once the switch is triggered, move it back into the player range. Simplest solution: Put a chunk of dissolve over the three way switch so that it can't move and then dissolve it away with your trigger.
