What the title says.

My guess, the hacker didn't have a political agenda, and did it for the laughs, but he/she won't be sleeping well tonight, that's for sure.

Eh, Palin's life is already "screwed over".

I don't like her anyways, so I find it pretty funny actually. :arg:

Me too, she looks "fake" to me, she's lucky I need one more year to vote. ( Acts like one vote can change the elections )

Regardless of whether you like her or not, this isn't something anyone should have to go through. It's actually really scary when this happens. Someone decides to steal your personal info just for kicks?2008-09-18 23:51:00

So the latest news...

The hacker did it for fun. The yahoo account Sarah Palin had was super easy to hack. Her full name and birthday were easy enough to get. Her "HINT" password was "where did you meet your husband" or something like that. She mentioned where during her speech at the RNC. Dumb.

So the hacker tried a few variations and got in.

Btw, don't say it was you. The feds are actually looking into this. Serious stuff.

I don't know exactly who did it, but I know that anonymous is involved. They're always causing trouble. -_-'

Thats the smart thing to do. Do we really want a Vice President who can't even secure her yahoo account? What happens to the launch codes?

Weapons armed. Enter Password for launch.
user: SarahPalin
pass: alaska

Another good idea to protect your passwords is to make sure they are not words and lack any sort of sense. Include numbers and random cap'd letters. The longer the better. Silly Palin.

Oh man you have no idea how badly I want to tell you my password, Unfortuanately it's my password to everything, but let's just say if I was to tell you, I'm pretty sure you would laugh your *** off.

Wow, genius. I have to say, I always thought of that HINT question as a checkbox for "hey, wanna make it easier for people to read your mail and send you spam?" grr Even I couldn't remember the scrambled letters and numbers and caps and spaces I answer to those things! "Name of first pet: wpqriwpo94w8JJJJWOe0iw3pi ejfpKOWkcnbbbhcjkjcf" Lol, I loved that hampster, we nicknamed him "Unpronounceable" ya know, for short :hero:

Yeah, if I ever forgot my actual passwords, password recovery is NEVER going to help me. My mothers maiden name was apparently g78eghent89hrhOMGWTFBBQiojger89540mnki And I don't think I could spell it again! Too many people who know me, know what my mother's maiden name is, due to the fact that I nearly decided to change my surname to it! And I'm not on any type of NATIONAL media! Not a smart move.2008-09-19 07:24:00

Why does Sarah Palin need a Yahoo mail account to send work-related e-mails?

I can't believe that woman is actually a vice presidential nominee in the United States. Earlier on I thought that she had at least some smarts, like most politicians do, but I've learned over the last week that she actually is a total blonde.

I have faith though that she won't be able to get elected, not even in the US.
