Did you see their brutal stealth kill video!? Cash instead of reward points O.o

And for better treasure hunting it tells you how many treasure's you have on each chapter and what difficulty.

October 16th cannot come quick enough! ):

Wow, this does look incredible. I'm most excited about the variety in levels. The first game was pretty much all on one island, so seeing this huge "globe-trotting" adventure, with the ridiculously high production values of Uncharted, is the most exciting thing for me.

I'll definitely be picking this up. I am getting really, insanely fatigued of shooters, and Uncharted is essentially a duck-and-cover shooter with some platforming and puzzle elements. But at its heart it's really a shooter. So I'm anticipating that already, but this still doesn't look like a game you want to miss, mainly because of the production value.

I am most impressed by the train level that they had video of. It looks like such a visual overload, I love it!

The problem then becomes how I balance playing this with playing lbp... Truth be told, LBP has been in my PS3 for the last 2 months, no joke!

I don't know if I'm picking this game up or waiting until the newest Ratchet & Clank game comes out.

If I had the cash, I'd get both.

Aren't there going to be... Wait, I should spoiler-tag this:

Aliens? Or maybe I totally missed the point of those hints in Uncharted, but don't you see alien footprints, and references drawn on the walls of the temple that the Mayans had contact with Aliens?

I thought that the footprints may have just been the zombie-monsters, but if you look closely, the footprints only have two toes, whereas the zombies have human feet.

Then again, the "treasure-hunting" in this game seems to be completely unrelated to the first's. But I don't know, I guess we'll find out soon enough!

I remember reading somewhere that the train scene was one of the most taxing scenes in the game. Instead of a moving background to simulate the feeling of the train moving, the train is a moving physics-oriented object in the static world, which will apparently increase realism and lend to immersion.

I was really in shock when I heard about that, BS.

Also, it got me thinking - if you took too long on the track, would the tracks end somewhere?

This is just pure speculation, but I'm guessing there is some type of plot restriction that says "Get to point B in X time or you will die", so rather than run out of track, you die, possibly in a very well-done cut scene.

Yeah, LBP has been in my PS3 for several months now. I still have a few games from last Christmas that I need to finish, but I just can't stop playing LBP. However, when Uncharted comes out, there will be at least 3 or 4 days that LBP will need to rest in it's case I cannot wait for Uncharted, and the best part is I still have vacation left to use however I want, so I'll probably take a couple days off just for this

LittleBigPlanet has been in my PS3 since mid-March. I took a break to play Killzone 2 for a few weeks when I won it in a contest. 2009-09-22 20:02:00

Well, LBP's spent most of its time in my PS3, but I take the occasional break to play some Warhawk or Lumines Supernova. I kick butt at Lumines Supernova.2009-09-23 01:20:00

Actually, I just realized that statement isn't entirely true. I did take it out once during that time period, but it was to put it into the downstairs PS3.

Man, don't you watch movies? Blurays are awesome! I just recently bought For All Mankind (possibly my single favorite bluray), Army of Darkness, and Big Trouble in Little China. I can hardly go out without popping into HMV or something and taking a peek at the little blue jerks, and I usually buy one as well.2009-09-23 10:57:00

The train bit must've been hard, the train moving with a moving player on it! Most games usually use moving environments to simulate it... This game looks awesome cannot wait for public beta then cannot wait for the release 2009-09-23 18:25:00

Well, I'm embarrassed to say this, but I've...I've never played Uncharted. No worries though! I've realized how foolish I've been and have the game sitting on my desk as I type this! Uncharted 2 looked so incredible, and my friends have been given me such a hard time for not playing the first, that I finally bought it. However, even without playing the first, I'm still extremely pumped for the sequel and will purchase it for sure.2009-09-30 22:46:00

I just pre-ordered it from Amazon.com. It's $56.99(US), free shipping, and it comes with an exclusive code for a treasure map video.2009-10-06 20:31:00

I can't buy this...I have a PSN card to buy Although I really cannot wait to get my hands on this game. I played most of the first (I'm really stuck on one part near the end...) and loved it to bits. This, however, just looks incredible.2009-10-06 21:06:00
