So as most of you know I've just finished my new level 'Pretty Simple', upto now my creating has been pretty constant and everything I have published is what I've made. (I have no half made levels or anything like that, when I start a project I see it straight through). I'm not sure whether to get straight back in like I have done so far or take a break for a while. What do you guys usually do when you finish a level? Another thing is that Football Manager comes out soonish which always leads to a good 4 months hibernation period, so if I don't make one now...it could be a while!

If you have an idea I say make it. Or finish it and publish it when you haven't played for a while

Another football manager player eh? I love the game - I say take a break and play this for a few months (only 4 months? I've notched up nearly 30 days of play time on FM09!) But yes, it'll give you time to play something else and come back with a fresh out look on the game to create something new

4 months is the none-stop-can't-do-anything-else-except-play-FM-time I'll still play it after that...just won't be as addicted I have an idea I like in my head, but no idea if I can make the theme work in creation. Something to think about I guess!

Should you give me another masterpiece to play over and over again, or not? Hmm, tough question. Seriously though, don't force creativity, you obviously have a knack for it and it will come when it's ready.

eh four months is a long time, so thats a tough question. water packs comeing out next friday right? maby you should do something with that then take a break if you feel like.

I agree that you should do what feels right. If you have an idea or just feel like clunking around in create mode... then why not?

I agree that you should definitely come back when water gets released. We'll miss you if you leave, but it's understandable.

water packs comeing out next friday right?Wrong. To my knowledge there isn't a release date for water, it is still in beta stages. Do you have a source, because I could be completely wrong, I just don't think that's the case.

I think a break would do you some good. Don't take too long of a break though, I'd love to see what you come up with when water comes out .

I don't mean to be forceful, but perhaps you could make a shorter level, like a mini-game or a score challenge like all the kids are doing these days.

Only just remembered about this thread! It became a little more focused on whether I should make another level or not than I intended haha. While that was the opening question, it was also supposed to be just a general thread about what you guys do after you've finished a level Apologises I think I worded it badly!
