This level doesn't have much game play or action, it's more of a level to look at. Thanks, but don't expect the same amount of fun, this level isn't very much like "The Monster's Mansion" at all. | Great job! i loved it! The visuals were pretty good considering you modled it after some really artistic concept art, and the gameplay was real fun! Considering im rarely in the mood for puzzle levels, this kept me entertained for the 5-10 minutes i was playing (rough estimate) Replay value was lacking, as the legnth of the level is a tid bit on the long side, and the puzzles take some smarts to figure out. The lighting, ooh this one as lacking severly, The lighting was too dark! i undersatnd your trying to set the mood of a concept art stage but, this makes the puzzles and atmosphere really hard to figure out! Sorry about the lighting, I suppose that it is too dark for some, I'll try to fix it soon. i like dark levels(it may vary depending on the persons tv brightness)& i thought it looked great although i couldnt see the stickers on the lightbulbs though. you could tell people to turn their gamma up a bit  except turning gamma up too much ruins it. "glossy red is death" took away the puzzle aspect in my opinion because it doesnt take very long to come up, same with the star bit. soundwise its good cos the music fits the level & that button sound effect is great but their could be more sounds. overall id give it 4 stars. | 2009-09-25 13:28:00 Author: lifeiscrapislife  Posts: 396 |
