I kid, I kid... Anyways, Hi! I've had LBP for about a year now, I love this game, I haven't published much because I'm a little bit of a perfectionist, but I also havent put much together! I mainly just enjoy putting together functioning mechanisms, problem solving with switches and just screwing with the physics. I also like making crazy kinds of bombs. And blowing up animals I make. Cool huh? I know it's not... Buuuut... I just recently started publishing some things, I really love making levels for other people to enjoy, whether it be epic, or hilarious, I simply love this game. It can be so simple and fun, or it can be brutally complicated. I just know, that I could probably spend a week strait playing this if I didn't force myself from my TV. I can't call this a game. It's a tool as valuable as Photoshop if you ask me. And it's only $60! Freakin' deal if you ask me... Anyways, I like things that blow up, things that are complicated, machines that are epic, and 2-4 player deathmatch levels! Tribal Warfare is by far my fav... I'd love to play with you guys some time, my PSN is ThrashOmen. Add a brotha! | 2009-09-19 06:28:00 Author: ThrashOmen Posts: 7 |
Hi and welcome to the forums! I agree with you, LBP is a lot more than a game: a tool, a great creative tool, and a community, a creative great community! | 2009-09-19 08:45:00 Author: Takelow Posts: 1355 |

So, I'm not sure if this is ok to do or not? But im about to go to work and just wanted to plug my level real quick. I spent alot of time on the one in my sig, I think it's a great survival challenge, I've tweaked it to where it has a pretty near perfect difficulty escalation. But I really havent touched this game in the last week or two because im a little unmotivated by how little views im getting after I put so much hard time into this. I think MM could do a better job of what levels make front page. maybe factors such as how many hours the level was in development on top of Thermometer level. And maybe even measure techical stuff such as amount of switches/emitters and the complexity of the items being emitted. I'm sure with a some sort of patch it'd be more than easy to track those things? Anyways... I have prizes, a great score system, and a rank system which... I must say the ranks get pretty epic in style. But... Check it out? I just cant get myself to play lately, I feel like it's all for nothing... [EDIT] Thanks for the kind words! Honestly, on top of the incredibly user friendly create mode, I think the gameplay is on par with those of Super Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog and Crash Bandicoot. It's just so original and fun. It's rediculous, you dont have to force yourself to love it. | 2009-09-19 19:44:00 Author: ThrashOmen Posts: 7 |

That is where folks look for levels to comment on. This section is just for saying hi. (HI!! Waving!!!) You can get awesome feedback with our F4F system (feedback for feedback), plays, and maybe some inspiration!! | 2009-09-19 19:54:00 Author: jwwphotos Posts: 11383 |
