Picture the Scene, You are creating your masterpiece, when suddenly Up pops a ***** has invited you to join him, you click ignore, and go back to creating, 5 minutes later, ***** has invited you to join him, you click ignore again, when You have recieved a message, "Do u h8 me?!?" you reply kindly, "No i don't hate you im just creating at the moment maybe play later k?"

You have recieved a message, "U guys r all teh same"

you delete a friend which cant be pleasant for anyone,

But now!! with the new UNOFFICIAL Privacy setting!!


First you must sign out


You have been signed out of PSN Network would you like to try to sign back in? click NO.

plug your wireless back in. go manually via PSN menu and click sign in,

A message should appear,
You have been signed back into playstation network would you like to connect to the LBP servers??

Click NO.
V?ila you have contact with all of your PSN Buddies but No level spammers allowing you to create in peace,

Neat trick. It may be more hassle than the minor annoyance of getting invites, but still nice to know.

I'm surprised you guys are having such serious issues with this. My friends' list is fairly large (and contains only LBP players), yet I don't get disrupted by invites very often (maybe twice ever). When they do, they are pretty understanding when I explain that I'm busy.

I suppose they understand, as many of them are predominantly creators as well.

I usually get invites while playing levels, not so much in create mode. But people contact me via PSN while I'm creating and its annoying

Also I can't be asked to sign out of PSN because usually I finish editing my levels quite quick and then have to sign back in to publish it.		2009-09-27 11:19:00

I don't get this problem becuase no one ever invites me.

I feel unloved

Just kidding people do invite me, but if I tell them I'm creating then they usually leave me alone. (Thanks personafan93, Killian and hilightnotes ) I'm only friends with people I trust off LBPC or in real life. I guess no one adds me becuase I'm not a very well known creator!		2009-09-27 12:15:00

For me, the quickest, easiest, and most effective solution is to open up the XMB, highlight "Account Management", press triangle, select "Sign Out". I can still create, and I don't have to worry about any unnecessary interruption.2009-09-29 11:22:00

I've been doing this trick for a few weeks now and it really does help.
Just being able to create without the pop-up messages of friends finishing levels is an extremely pleasant expierence, just like old times. 		2009-09-29 12:10:00

oooh! delete him!!! he totally sux he used to be omg-a-fish-95's friend but he totally messed with fish and yelled at him for everything!...he single-handedly turned hf5's comments page into a forum of destruction(10 posts in 20 mins...ouch)he weel kil u!!!		2009-10-11 02:42:00
