Hello again. I'm new here so I'll say that I'll try and do 10 F4F levels to start with.

This is my second level, although I started making it a long time before Stompa Ground (which you can read about in another thread, if you want!), it just took ages to get it done. It was going to be bigger but the thermometer filled up much quicker than I expected.

It's another space station level (sorry). It's not exactly serious and it was really just an excuse for me to make something with a vague story because everything I tried before was a bit of a mess!

The level works best with one or two players but it's definitely possible with more. With three or four players there tends to be a bit of a struggle when you get to the mini-rockets, so be prepared to sacrifice one or two players there! I'm sure there are other areas that could be improved too, so let me know if you have problems.

I'm trying to make a sequel to it at the moment, though I don't know if anyone will want to know what happens to the "characters". There's also a mini-game (Space Age Rampage 1.5) you can try where you have to defend The Funky Bird as it hurtles through space.

Thanks to anyone who tries it and I hope you like it. I look forward to trying out some more of the levels on this site because the ones I've played so far have been excellent.

Wow, cool level.

It is very attractive visually and very fun to play.
Nice use of lighting. It has all a colorful appearance and it's beautiful without using heavy and complex objects and materials.

Heart for you and this level. I can't wait to unlock all of your levels

I will give you feedback of the rest of your levels through LBP.

Great level man, I usually don't like space levels but this one was sure worth it! The characters and the visuals were amazing and I liked how the lightning was different in every room. Too bad there weren't any secrets (or I didn't find them) I usually like hunting for bubbles and that gets you alot more plays too. Great job on the big gun, it was really epic! Only problem I had with it was that I couldn't see one of the enemies.. could be because of my midget television though The paintinator was used good and I liked the explosions at the end of shooting something

There were some switches and stuff showing here and there, not sure if those have to be visible

I gave it :star::star::star::star: + a heart, good job man! Keep creating more

Well, since one week I am a happy owner of the sackboys spacesuite - and of course your level pulls me to play it :-)

I will try your level and give you some feedback. It would be nice if you can return the favor: my new level "The Talocan" is out since yesterday. I would love to see some feedback on that one (but it's not playable over the search-function - just go to my planet (search for "memsut" and you got me ^^). Thanks in advance!

So, I was able to play your level.... and what can I say: perhaps "Are you kidding Quiche Friendzy?" :-))) This level totally owns!!! Thank you so much for creating it and sharing it with us.

You put all the stuff into that level that makes me play LBP again and again and again: Such a great sense of humor is hard to find out there. And you combined it with great visuals, nice tech and awesome puzzles - last but not least the greatest thing about this level: so many funny ideas that the player just has to love this jewel. For example the idea to add the ice-machine :-)))) great!!!

The story of the space-rabbits and bunnies is really fresh and unique! Thumbs up for that. I'm pressing my thumbs that there will be a second part!

:star::star::star::star::star: and of course a heart for this brilliant level! If there only could be more such fine levels out there! Great work buddy!!! This level "IS" LBP!!!! Open-minded ideas and fun!

Thanks to all of you for the feedback and your very kind comments about my level
I'm very grateful to you for playing it and letting me know your opinions. I'm also very glad (and relieved) that you enjoyed it!

Well, since I read your posts the other day I've been improving Space Age Rampage as much as I can. It's still pretty much the same as before (colourful, spacey, silly, explosive, etc.) but there are a few things that look and work a bit better.

I've hidden the sensor switches that Kn0cked-0ut mentioned although most of the grab sensors are still there, just so that people can see what they're supposed to hold on to. On the Big Gun section I've brought the top Y-Fighter more into view (when I first built it I had to have it leaving the screen because the invisible pistons option hadn't been added to the game!). There are a couple of camera angles that I've changed, including the one in the green computer room so that now it's easier to see the top code-input thing. And there are a few more score bubbles scattered about the place.

The main new addition is a special hidden area, inspired by Kn0cked 0ut's comments! It's something I wanted to make from the start but I ended up running out of thermometer space. Anyway, I noticed a few bits and pieces that were taking up more memory than they needed (like one baddie which had two brains for no reason!) so I went through the whole level and managed to get enough free space so that I could add a secret room with a massive score bonus if you can find it! So far I've only played it in single player, so if anyone notices any problems in multiplayer (or on their own) then please let me know.

Thank you again gonzinger, Kn0cked-0ut and NEO for your positive feedback on the level - you've made me think that it was worth building it in the first place. I'll probably get back to work on the next installment now! Don't forget Space Age Rampage 1.5: Hyperspace Dogfight and Stompa Ground: Mech Jousting Arena in the meantime...

Hey, mate. Your level looks like a lot of fun and I intend to check it out later.

While I'm doing so, would you mind having a look at my own F4F level "Thirst for Adventure?" Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
