It's a "ball bearing". You probably can't make exactly that, but you could probably make something to simulate (and fake) it.

You could make something like that in game, but I would expect it to break under any real pressure TBH. Why exactly would you want it though? My understanding of bearings is that they allow for low friction movement - but a simple bolt will achieve that in LBP.

What, did you want sackboy inside the wheel, but it be set up so that the inner circle remains still, and the outer circle drives the vehicle...?

Yes something like that but a "ball bearing" is a bad example though I think you can see some kind of a vehicle like that in Star Wars Episode 2.

What I think you're looking for is a monowheel. I think I've seen one online before and it definitely is possible. Do an image search and you should find something to your liking.

Oh my goodneees i tryed making one of those for ever.. lol it ended up being a massive ball with a small ball inside and 47 strings bolts etc. i think theres a MUCH easier way to do it xD
