Recreating the PSP levels

Archive: 4 posts

As more videos are released and then the actual game we will have more information about the levels on the PSP version of LBP. From what I've seen so far it looks like we will have everything the levels have apart from stickers and a couple of materials but those can be easily counted for.
It would be quite a big project and may need permission from Mm encase of copyright or something but it would be worth it.

It would be nice to see some of the new levels that media molecule have made for the PSP...when are they going to make us some new story levels? 2009-09-14 02:51:00

Apologies for the bump but I'd rather do this than waste bytes making another thread.

Anyway, I've had this idea as well. I doubt Mm will shout at us for recreating the story levels from their respective consoles; one from each Creator Curator. Not just transferring levels, recreating them so that level like First Steps work with 2 layers and Gift of the Grab recreated with 3. I honestly can't do it with my weak Create-Fu, but it would be a nice little community project.

Recreating all of the story levels would not only be stupendously hard, it would make buying the other port useless since you've seen the story levels. One each however, would give players a nice little taster and be a good technical exercise for those who would dare to.
