I was watching Gardener's World last friday ( UK BBC2 ) when they cut to a story about Sara Cox ( Radio DJ ) and her own garden in which she's just started growing some vegetables. Anyway as soon as the piece started the 'My Patch' music was playing. I couldn't believe it. I turned in amazement to mrsvista and we lol'd. It was one of the few times in the week when one of us weren't on LBP and we still couldn't get away from it ! It's a conspiracy I tell you, Mm and sony are brainwashing us and taking over our lives. Although I must admit they got me months ago.

I think MM are probably just invading other media because every minute you spend watching the TV is a minute you are not playing, creating or sharing. I've already foregone having a TV liscence I have to ask, did you both have an uncontrollable urge to grab the sofa cushions when the music started?

top gear had atlas playing during one of their segments the other week, and I've heard the go team in a few adverts recently. always brings a smile to my face when I hear LBP music elsewhere.

Nice, that french ad is excellent! Yeah, the BBC seems to be having fun with music associated with LBP, if memory serves correctly, "James May's Top Toys" features several tracks from The Go! Team's Thunder Lightning Strike album.

Um, you know the music wasn't specifically made for LBP? Jim Noir's a fairly popular artist. You'd expect to see his music in lots of different things. It's not a big deal.

None of that music was made for LBP :/ What you're saying is no different than "I heard some music from Need for Speed on tv!", it's just that the music in LBP isn't as mainstream as it was a few years ago.

I think some of David Pembertons music was made for LBP, and the interactive tracks were made BY Mm. I'd be suprised if i heard them on tv

Yes sure, but for LBP fan those musics are so "sticked" to the game that hearing them in a completely different thing always seems a little odd...
