Boredom and Plastic Dye

| So i got myself bored over my off day. Whilst piddling around I happened upon my cans of plasti-kote plastic dye. Soon i was up to no good. Honestly, the one i did for my 360 ended up looking better, but oh well, right? This is more of a ps3 forum, so here we go! (Oh, before i get ahead of myself, i'm not gonna post a tutorial on how to take the controller apart. Unlike other systems controllers, which are fairly straight forward, the ps3 controller is a pain in the.......hinter regions to put back together. I don't want to hear anything about someone playing with the things and messing them up, OK? | well, i had like 3 or 4 colors, but tan was the only one that had any amount left. That and i messed it up. it was supposed to be tan with a very light sprinkling of black, kinda like my 360 one i did. I'll eventually try and sand it down again and do some real work on it, but for now, at least it looks different. too bad that this paint cost like 6 bucks a can. though. it makes it into a right pain when i screw something up. | 2009-09-08 04:56:00 Author: Memodrix Posts: 879 |
