Played it through and my thoughts are that it's good, but not great. Still gets 5 stars, but if you're expecting the second coming you'll be disappointed.

Well, his other levels are, compared to other great levels today, no masterpieces either. Still 90% better than everything else.

Well, I just played it twice, and my thoughts are, 'amazing, but short'. It's extremely fast paced, and I even got a little shaky from all the action, but it is very short. Still, the graphics are absolute top notch, and the gameplay is simple, fun and rewards multiple play throughs. This level benefit a lot from a race. So my end opinion is, very satisfied.

Hi people. Thanks for the positive comments. Just thought I could share some info about the level. Jailbirds is really almost half a year old by now, I just never quite finished it until yesterday. The reason it's so short is because of all the lights and some pretty advanced switch-work (At least it was back when I made it You can check out some of it if you enter the secret code. ). I also grew tired of working in black and white and I suspect that's why it got put on hold in the first place. I'll try to add a race option on the second playthrough. No promises though Anyway, stay tuned for my next level. It will be longer and well.. newer Hopefully out soonish. -geosautus

lo,why work in black and white when u could just change that at the end??? Enjoyed the level thoroughly. Great gameplay and nice timed work!

This a great level. I sent you a message on PSN about it geosautus, because I'm having a similar problem to jackofcourse, but I'm only seeing the numbers 1, 3, 5, 6 and 9. The wheel you have to spin doesn't do anything either. I was playing with a friend and apparantly lights were coming up on the wheel for him, but not for me, then the game divereged and he got kicked. When he rejoined we couldn't finish the level. Then he went and played it on his own until he got past the code and reinvited me and was able to finish it. But for some reason whenever I play it, whether on my own or not, it didn't work.

I just played this and it was pretty awesome. I thought everything about it was great. The timed switches, the look of the code numbers, the visuals (probably the best black and white visuals I've seen in LBP), the little details, the "combos" from defeating enemies in a succession and much more.

I'd really love to play this one out, but for some reason I can't find it when I use the search feature. Even with typing @geosautus , it looks like on his "publicated" page there's no such level :/ Any idea? Or has it been removed?

Or has it been removed? try searching for one of his other levels and then go to "more from this author". Brand new levels don't search a lot of times. If it's not there then it's removed. I really liked the level - unfortunately, geosautus gets held to a higher standard bc of his notoriety. Like Matt82 said, 5 stars but don't expect the world.
