The Great Turtle Racesquirlin Sort of a mini-race. A level I thought up to try out a neat mechanic of using emitted objects to help an item float or sink. You'll need to collect my stickers to play. . . so sorry about that in advance. Basically you grab your turtle and race to the top as quick as you can. all The level got pleanty of plays, but comparitively; it didn't feel the love. I like the idea behind it and if I ever revisit this level- I wan't to know where I went wrong. The race itself might be a little too simple. The level is clearly missing something. . . (fun perhaps?) but I don't know what it is and I want you to tell me. As I sit here and think about it. . I realize the level can either seem way too easy, or it can be frustrating.

hi squirlin. gave your level a try. it is a really neat idea. i like the idea that as the turtle passes different colored stars, it will do different things. the turtles were very cute too. i think this level would get higher ratings if you tried a few things at the beginning of the level. at first, i was very confused on how to get a turtle. i wasn't sure where i was supposed to use the sticker. also, when the gate is closed, you cannot see that your sticker has made anything appear, so that makes it confusing too. maybe you could do away with the sticker all together? just have your character who explains the directions say, "just walk through the starting gate to get your turtle", and the turtles are already there waiting. also, the directions were somewhat confusing when it said "blue does this, green does this, and red does that." i thought the different colors might have been referring to different colored turtles at first. maybe just clarify the instructions by saying specifically, red green or blue "stars". i also think it might be a nice touch if you only had one character at the beginning explaining the instructions. i know the one little guy is your signature, but it might add to the environment if the character explaining the instructions is another turtle, an octopus, or some other underwater creature. overall, the gameplay is really fun. i like the idea a lot. gave it 4 stars and a cute. if you have some time, please give my "Dog Bone Mystery" level some F4F. thanks!

Hey Squirlin! At first I wanted to play the "Musical Bananas" but I couldn't find it. Then I've played your pirate level at it was gorgeous. I really like it. And today I played the great turtle race. PROS: What a great idea. I love the design of the turtles and that you can "select" your own turtle. Also the fact that the turtles react at the colored stars is great. And the octopus looks very cute. CONS: Like pennydog said, it's really confusing. It would be great if the "people" at the start could explain the star-system and how to get the turtle properly. And in my opinion the turtles are a bit too slow. Anyway, the real problem in my opinion is that everytime your turtle explodes you have to restart the level. This is a little bit annoying after the third time. :/ Don't get me wrong, I think the idea is wonderful but all those little things could be improved and then it would be a fantastic 4-5 star level in my opinion. Thanks for the feedback, these are some good things to keep in mind if I ever go back and revamp that level. LOL, you exploded your turtle 3 times in a row??! Man thats really hard to do. Exploding a turtle has to be my favorite thing to do and there are only two places in the race to do it! I often fail to explode even when i'm aiming for them!

5 times now? You're terrible at this. . . I happen to know that you can only load up 4 turtles each time you play! Given your skills. . . maybe if you try to avoid the green stars, and aim for everything else, you will do better?

What?!? This level is about turtles!?! The most special animal ever!?! This is automatically a 5 stars from me, without even playing it
