Hey! Anyone know some of the bugs in Fallout3? Any good ones? Bad ones? It would be REALLY helpful for some replies! How will the GOTY Version be awesome, will they fix the bugs?

This is random...... anyway, Fallout 3 is mostly bug free, there are however a few small spots where you can get stuck. not really a big deal, but still annoying. This is based on my expierence with Fallout 3, but if you read a FAQ or something, im sure there's lots more.

I've played this game A LOT, and I've only ever had a couple: In maybe three places I've found, there's a graphical bug with a bit of earth that is like a sheet that sticks up from the ground. I once killed a guy so hard, that his head slammed in the ground, and send him bouncing twenty feet in the air. He bounced again another fifty feet away and I managed to find his body. I had a bug with a quest where a certain objective wouldn't complete, but I easily finished the quest. Occasionally VATS takes 5 seconds to load. That's really about it.

just got it for PC recently. Came across one bug where i thought i wouldn't be able to go on, but i sorted it fine. So far I'm enjoying it, but the story is lacking for me. Not really going anywhere interesting... At the moment I am (HUGE SPOILER - HIGHLIGHT: at the part where the dad just died and i've just arrived at the citadel) Not really been that interested in the sidequests yet, so far I prefer oblivion. I may go ahead and blow up Megaton with the bomb if possible, but other than that... meh.

One major glitch you'll want to avoid...when you escort Doctor Li (Ling? Whatever) to the Citadel, don't fast travel anywhere. Stay with the scientists through the entire journey or else there's likely to be an essential cut scene that won't play and your save game will be broken beyond repair. Also, every time you return to Megaton there's a chance that any one of the residents will randomly be dead or missing forever. The old guy, Walter is often a target for this glitch so try to complete his side quest quickly.
