That's wrong, IMO. In the game it said that Sackboy is a figment of everything's imagination, but mostly humans. "The planet of dreams, so called because of all creatures in the omniverse, humans spend the most time asleep." I kinda think that the way they put it means that they are real, but in somekind of alternate reality...

Personally, before LittleBigPlanet, I never had dreams of creatures made out of basically a pair of pants and some cotton. There is a 0% chance that any of my dreams helped make LittleBigPlanet.

Sackboy is a boy or girl made of sack. He is born when you buy LBP when you pop the disc in the PS3. Guided by his fairy godfather, Stephen Fry, he has the ability to teleport to worlds to help creator curators in return for mystical items that can be used in create mode. Sackboy starts the game in the tutorial which is on LittleBigPlanet, so no. He is not an alien.
