As you probably all know, I record levels. Now, I'm not the fastest at getting them recorded, and when I do get round to recording them, it takes a chunk of the day to, film, edit, render, upload, process, and then HDify. So, I thought of something I could do that would keep recording organized, and easier for us all. If you've seen this thread: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=13522 Then you know what I'm trying to create: A bunch of recorders come together into one thread, and record any requests. This will help in many ways: Recorders now won't be bombarded with requests, and not be able to do them fast, people who want their levels filmed will get the finished product sooner, and there won't be tons of 'I'll film your levels' threads. SO, if you are a recorder that can record LBP in some way, shape, or form, then please, post here. But remember, if you want to help record you need: A recording device: Not many people will want their level filmed by a camera aimed at the TV, so you'll need something that can record inside the TV. Time: You'll have to be able to take the time to record the levels asked to be recorded. Responsibility: You have to check back on the main thread regularly (Which I will make once I have enough recorders) so that if you need to record a level, we don't have to wait for you, or even take your place. A Youtube Account: Having a youtube account would be good, but if you don't have one, you can either make one, or send me the video file for me to upload. The more recorders we have, the better, so please join!

I'm not sure yet, but I might soon be able to record in HD...I will need to do some testing...

I don't know if you've been around long enough to remember, but I used to head up something like this. Let me tell you, it's a lot of work, particularly if everyone else is too lazy to film. Some tips: make restrictions on who can ask for their level to be recorded, and, well, that's all I can think of at the moment. I might join in on this, but I'm gonna give it some thought because doing it last time was a mistake.

I wasn't trying to imply you weren't capable, I just wanted to make sure you were aware, so that you don't get in over your head like I did(which in my case lead to me leaving the site for several months). Let's see, moleynator was the only other good recorder back then. You might could persuade him to join in, but as I understand it he's on vacation at the moment. In any case, I can vouch for him being a responsible person.

i have a mac and i know i can record stuff by plugging something into my tv...but how do i do it?
