Please keep your idiot comments out of my thread. I will try, and thats what I plan. However, I was going to EXACTLY re-create a Mario level and suggested the idea to a lot of people, then everybody wanted to create one a few months after I said that it seems. Hmph! How rude! I can beleive what I want!

I had this idea when the game was anounced....maybe not the first, but now everybody and their brother is saying "I IS BE DO MARIO LEVEL HAI" and my brilliant idea is ruined.....mine was actually gonna be quality. Media Molecule has already created one, and a long time ago too. You weren't the first.

Seriously, guitar - there's no way you had that level before everyone else. There will be so many Mario levels that it doesn't matter who's first. Quality will matter more.

The Mario idea has been around since before the games announcement, there was concept art for it and a Prince of all Cosmos in EDGE's first preview article which was written before the games big reveal when its name was still TBC.

Not the way I want to do it however. I announced I wanted to do it a long time ago, and then everybody and their brother started saying they are going to do Mario levels. I don't care if you guys don't take me seriously. It's just a bold statement saying that. It's like me saying, i had the first idea to make a MGS level! When i know i wasn't. Even though i did a few months ago on this board. (ah, found it. my first post https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=261) Instead of trying to rush my idea for the to get level out 'first', i'm going to try and make it really authentic and quality. Should be alot of fun (to create and play), i can't wait to show you guys. I'm certainly not the first, but what i can say is i should end up having one of the best

LOL, okay I would like to say if you make a mario level exactly the same as the game, as great as that can be this is not some amazing level, I really don't want to sound like a jerk, and I am not trying to say it is not cool but honestly it was already done. It is like going and re painting the mona lisa, yeah it will be good but really you are just using what is already there. So for someone to say we are stealing your idea is just funny. So go make a mario level, I can tell you where the blueprints are for each mario level is. Now I will be impressed with you if you take mario and redo it in a new way, a better way. Make your level harder or maybe instead you play as bowser and you are going to beat mario and take the princess.

Look i don't like the way everyone has been jumping on you in this thread and that's why I haven't added to it yet but was just trying to make it a bit more light hearted as it seems to be getting a bit heated in here and that's not what this site is all about But here goes.... Mario is the most successful platform game ever and there is probably not a person alive into games that has not play a Mario game at some point in they're lives. So along comes a game that allows people to create they're own platform levels, do you seriously think that the first thing that popped into at least a million peoples heads wasn't "I'm going to remake a Mario level" If you really do believe this then I can't believe that you could be this naive, or maybe your the one that's "3rd Grade"
