Great, great level. I gave you some feedback via a Visitor Message, but everyone needs to check out this level. Some really good looking stuff throughout.

The only problem I had was with the crabs. They were just too darn hard!

5 stars and hearted.

I played, one problem, the crabs are impossible to kill, please use an infinite life point or something otherwise 5:star:2009-08-26 07:26:00

Fixed those darn crabs. It was very easy. Now the level can be enjoyed in it's entirety.2009-08-26 13:30:00

Very cool stuff!
Everything you did is good and not overabused.
The multilayer glitch, the story, everything is fine and there are a lot of cool fresh ideas.
5 stars and a heart.

Pros:
- The Layer glitch was used very well (I wish I knew how to use it like that!)
- I liked the overall looks of the level
- The story was quirky and fun
- The original characters were refreshing and likable
- Climbing the tree was great!
- The "trance" part was a good twist
- I really liked the look of the village - it's too bad I couldn't explore it though.. maybe next time?
- It wasn't too difficult or too easy - well balanced

Cons:
- I would use an infinite lives check point at the boss part, I almost didn't make it!
- There were parts in the beginning that I didn't get to read because the speech bubble went away too quickly
- I found those first few bees much more difficult than the crabs.. I ended up avoiding the bees

Overall:
5 :star::star::star::star::star: and a heart!

F4F - "Real Myst: Channelwood Age" .. please check that one out. I just posted some screen shots on my thread in the level show case too. You'll see why I wish I knew how to use the layer glitch because I could have trees and stuff in the back ground making it look more like a forest - but unfortunately I couldn't get the glitch to work right so.. oh well!

As soon as I entered the level I knew you loved Paper Mario. The level is really gorgeous!

Pros:
-The character design is amazing and the looks of the level aren't to bad either.
-The intro scene was very well made but , in multyplayer, there can be a glitch where the music doesn't start to play. Still awesome.
-The boss was great! I didn't expect anything new then just simple platfroming, but the boss was really fun. Even thou a bit short but still
-Loved the little humor.

Cons:
-Some speech bubbles diesapear to fast so I can't read them, like the ones at the beginning of the intro scene.

I gave it 5:star: and a heart

+ Love your style
+ Great character design
+ Wonderful use of stickers
+ Fantastic intro
+ Original concepts
+ The Boss is awesome

- Last crab is hard

Overall your level is remarkable. Some great platforming! I would just recommend revising the last crab. I killed the other crabs by making them follow me to hills and such so I could jump on them, but the last one wouldn't go that far, seems to get stuck on the tree. I ended up killing it on my second try, but I doubt people would be willing to start all over again.

5 stars and a heart!

wow guys, thanks for the feedback. I haven't been able to tweak the stage because college is a stressful thing for a former highschool boy. I will however find time to pump out new levels and hopefully you will enjoy my next ones more. Thank you.2009-09-04 03:10:00

It would be appreciated.

You need more time though it sounds like ... you wouldn't happen to be going to college in somewhere in the UK, would you?

I'm afraid I have no reasonable way to get you excused from class at NYU, sorry.

(Not that any excuse so you can play a video-game is really reasonable in the first place I guess)

Wow! I don't know what to say about this one. I had to start over a lot. It's very tricky at 4 in the morning. The auto text goes by very quickly, so I can't read it fast enough. The bees were hard and the crabs were tricky in the end. Gameplay wise it was weird, as a story level, the platforming was rather hard. But.....technically this thing was amazing. All custom art, background enhancements, cool logic on the bee boss, cinematics, character management, and well built to the hilt! Amazingstuffreally.2009-09-04 10:43:00
