Buoyancy Tool & Water level changer tool!

| Desperate for SOME kind of exclusive on this water thing I have so far come up with this: http://www.sackcast.com/wp-content/uploads/Shermzor/2009/08/Beauency-Tool.bmp Bottom left appears to be some kind of tool or decoration. My bet is on a floaty tool, since it goes below the water it could possibly have a strength value which you can tweak.
