Ok, sometimes i randomly build music levels for no reason, but i noticed that the piano sound had two parts, piano high and piano low, allowing 49 notes, i just thought that adding other instruments in this style would be cool, eg pipe organ, trumpet, some sought of strings, i could make songs sound epic

Yeah, or better yet, a music pack. It could have a rock song, and like, 3 different sound object things for percussion, wood, and strings. Then a bunch of music props, stickers and a stage background, and new lights and a musician costume pack, and- and- ... ... Erm, Uh, getting ahead of myself ...

Yeah, or better yet, a music pack. It could have a rock song, and like, 3 different sound object things for percussion, wood, and strings. Then a bunch of music props, stickers and a stage background, and new lights and a musician costume pack, and- and- ... ... Erm, Uh, getting ahead of myself ... actualy there is a music pack coming out. i hope it gives us some new sounds and not just background music

I agree, I'd love to see additional sounds introduced, especially sounds that you can sustain (strings, woodwind, synths etc.) There is a music pack that will appear soon, including interactive tracks and sounds. But the one I'm really excited about is an update to be introduced a bit later that allows creators to edit and produce their own music tracks. Not many details at the moment, but keep your eyes peeled!

Anyway- I need a guitar sound, clean/ overrive/ sustained notes/ palm muted/ louder bass; high & low versions too for all of them.... but that will probably not happen, any guitar sound would be good though really.

Where did they say THAT? I need to know! lol, I thought you might! It was on Mm's 3rd podcast. They were discussing the Music Pack, and Kenny from Mm mentioned how it was always his wish to allow creators the tools to create and edit their own stuff. Like I say, I don't know many more details, and I'm unsure as to when this will be released, but it sure 'sounds' good to me!

Sounds I would love to see (or hear?) in LBP... - Church Organs (not that I go to church, just like the sound) - African drums - Acoustic/Blues/Distorted guitars - Panpipes The guitars in six strings - 22 frets each, African drums in the same range as the tom/Snare or any other percussion instrument. Sustaining sounds from orchestras, violins, Quenas, Panpipes, choirs...Oh...It would be so beautiful...
