In an earlier demonstration of LittleBigPlanet Create mode, I recall there was something called grid mode. When you use squares, you can press a button and a small grid will show up on the screen, allowing you to make perfect stairs or larger cubes or etc. etc. Does anyone know if this is still in the game?

What's spriting I ask, with the upmost curiosity?Haha, you guys seriously don't know? Well, sprites are the images used in video games. For example, Mario in SMB. His standing pose and jumping poses are sprites, and his running animation is made up of three sprites. Understand? You can use Grid Mode to use materials as pixels and recreate sprites.

Yeah, but you wouldnt be able to put them together to make them work or anything :S? Or am I completely off track? Probably not. Unless you make uber mechanics which will take a hell of a long time. You can probably make animations though. As in light different ones up to recreate movement.
