Sackboy collides, objects don't?

Is there a way to make an object where only sackboy collides, meaning objects don't collide?2009-08-14 04:29:00

Not as far as i know. Unless you count gas, which kills sacky when he collides

I know of the opposite, where sackboy can walk through, but other objects collide, but haven't heard of the first, sorry D:

Like sackboy can't go through an object, but other objects can. Like the opposite of the glitch where sackboy can go through objects but objects collide with the object he can go through...2009-08-14 04:51:00

If it isn't possible, any alternatives? I'm making a sm galaxy level where the planet turns when he goes to the edge. I'm going to glue objects to the planet but I don't want sackboy to be able to fall off.2009-08-14 04:53:00

you could perhaps put the object on a piston, and when an object comes around the piston moves it out of the way until its passed?2009-08-14 20:29:00

Make a thin layer so the sackboy can go straight past and attatch some material onto the object you don't want to pass from the same thin layer so the thin material blocks it.2009-08-14 21:50:00

He's asking how to make Sackboy collide with objects, while other objects don't. Not Sackboy doesn't collide, objects do...

The only thing I can think is to make the "objects" that sacky collides into on the think planes, but make those that you want to pass through on the thin planes. Will require some top-notch corner editing and creative stickering, but I can't think of any other way to achieve what you've described.2009-08-16 06:15:00
