!!!!!!!!!!urgent!!!!!!!!!! - We Have A Release Date!

According to EBgames.com and its sister company Gamestop.com, LittleBigPlanet will ship on February 1st, 2008 - much sooner than it's anticipated early summer release date.

Also, the boxart has been revealed as a simple, clean look; a black background with "LittleBigPlanet" written across the middle.



The price on the game is the standard $59.99. With the standard price on a game that some say is lacking in features and game modes, Media Molecule better be planning on packing the 25 or 50GB (Single or Dual-Layered) Blu-Ray disc full of innovative game modes and extra content

lol don't trust them, especially not EB games... .they even have Project offset saying that its coming out 1/1/2009, while it isn't the real name of the game yet...

Well I really hope that is the date that it is released around that date, though I am not sure about the box art seems to plain I like the version with the English garden level and a sack boy in it was nice and colourful.2007-08-22 16:38:00

Well the first one looks way better and media molecule should take this on as I think some graphic maker designed it but the other one is nice as it is simple and who actually really cares about the box art its the game that counts.2007-08-23 15:21:00

I remember seeing that box art in a message board a long time ago. mccloskey-14 is right about it be user-created. It is masterfully done, granted, but I think Media Molecule will jazz it up closer to the release date.2007-08-24 01:07:00

I don't like the simple box art as much.
