| and it looks...well, see for yourself: ...It looks like another Gilliam movie where nobody, including Gilliam, could reign in the sonofa*****! I can't wait for this movie, myself... but god, some of those effects look... really... REALLY cartoony... I just hope the movie doesn't get too bogged down in the fancy visuals and keeps you interested in the characters. | The movie's being seen kind of as a tribute to him, because he wasn't able to finish the film. Rather then shelve it or re-shoot all of his portions, they filled his role with other actors (Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell), who all signed on for less than their usual acting salaries, and also donated every dollar they made on the film to Heath Ledger's daughter. | 2009-08-18 22:17:00 Author: Teebonesy Posts: 1937 |

| This looks very interesting. A throwback to Gilliam's older style wich I am extremely happy about. It seems the way they handled Leger's sudden death will work quite nicely. It seems to be an appropriate story for it. He's exploring a variety of different fantasy worlds, so it actually fits in nicely that in each "world", they could cast a different actor.
