I'm just wondering about a question that's bothered me for a long time. How do you get pitures or quotes that automatically appear when you write something on a thread? Is it possible for me to post a pic of a tank I made for instance? Yuck. just look at all this ugly, empty blankness.

Hiya - you need to go into your profile (click your name at the top). When you're into your profile, you'll see a list of options down the left-hand side. Click on 'Edit Signature' and from there you'll be able to add text or an image which will display each time you post. If you're struggling with adding anything, please let me know

Hmm... okay, you've got two size limits with signatures. One is the actual dimensions of the image (I think it's 500x100 max), and the other is the file size (which is about 9.8Kb) Looking at your picture, it looks like it's about 64Kb, so you'll need to cut it down or compress it. You can do it easy in PhotoShop or PaintShop, but even Picture Manager will compress images for websites. Or, even better, if you go on Photobucket.com, you can post all your images up there, resize and compress them, and then make a link in your signature to whatever image you want.
