Last week or a week befor that, or a week befor that...

I was working hard at my level last few weeks but then i was bursting with ideas and such, and then it got deleted, very stupid i saved the level but nooo it still delets.

Anyway i cant make a level now.

I tryed making a factory thing with robots but then i just stopped.

I just cant make anything now.

I want to make a level but i cant, its just... inpossible..

Than don't. No one forces you to create anything and pressure never helped creativity. 2009-08-05 18:13:00

I know excactly how you feel.
Back in...November, I had made a few random levels, just to get used to everything. When I had, I started on a proper level. It was awesome, I was really happy with it. But then...when it was incredibly close to completion, I got the infamous 'Failed to load level'.
Since then, I have only finished 2 levels. One was a contest entry, that turned out to be a waste of time, and another was part of a collab and suffered hugely from thermo issues.

So, I can sympathize with you. It sucks, no?

Just play. Start messing around with stuff in an empty level and have fun - don't worry about keeping it. Just give yourself permission to experiment without the pressure of working on something to "keep". After a while you'll find something you really like and can see potential in and a level may come from that. Works wonders for creators block.2009-08-05 20:44:00
