I think it might be cool to have a pack that gives you audio objects containing different words and phrases. Here are some examples. "SCORE!" "EXCELLENT!" "WOOSH!" Imagine a sports type level with those. "Keep away!" "You will die." "BOO!" Good for horror levels. "System online." "Sequence canceled." "Activate." Can be used for computer voice. The modifiers could really change the sound of the voices too, like you could have "keep away" change from a ghostly female voice to a cranky old man.

Yeah, if you won't let us record our own then at least give us something to work with. We need "You FAIL!!!" from Crash Bash. That would have many, many uses.

This is not a good idea. we need a microsoft sam for little big planet that reads text. And you should be able to customize his voice so he doesent sound like a robot.

Microsoft Sam? Is that like Sitepal? I have no objection to something like that, but I have a feeling they can't do that in LBP. lol

Microsoft Sam in LBP would only lead to Arby and the Chief remakes. Which wouldn't really be appropriate for a 7+ game. o.O

We can pretty much guarantee this game will never have a feature to record sound. It would just take up too much space. However, audio objects that have some words would be excellent, but if I recall, there is no actual speaking in the game besides the English tutorial guy. So, even though it would be a nice feature, it's something that is far from soon.

Some Steven Fry voice clips would be excellent to. But the speech sounds are a good idea regardless, I don't know whether the text to speech thing is a good idea though, the moderation is bad enough as it is, but I know of one word that slipped the net that I use quite frequently when I die playing multiplayer, and that word could be spammed to death by the more immature creator. We are also desperate for more mechanical sounds, I'm sick of using the same ones over and over.

Although I personnally doubt that something like this would EVER happen in LBP, it'd be a good feature nontheless. It'd probably be abused though. I could just imagine entering a level which at the start you trigger about a thousands speeches at the same time.

I think this would be very usefull for creating the correct atmosphere, but i don't see how this is very different from somone creating profanity in text messages. So i doubt it would change much moderation wise.

more sounds in general, but definitely some speech. even just the sounds from the magic mouths as sound objects would be awesome.

WOAH!, or whatever aku aku says when you get him and: YEE HAH!!! from the first one when he beats a boss. anyway, just any voice clip would be so awesome!! Great idea... but no microsoft sam. no robots! Announcer from Super Mario War, any one? MMM-MONSTER KILLLL.
