i have nary the funds to buy all the DLC so is there any ones in particular that i NEED to buy especially since im an avid creator and would love anything to help me make my levels better. stuff like sounds, backgrounds, and objects are stuff that i could really use in create mode

MGS pack and moster pack right now are the most creator-wise reccomended. Also i'd reccomend saving your money for an upcoming pack that should be here pretty soon and will have some more creator-friendly stuff.

Well I would rate the DLC for creators like this... 1- Metal Gear Solid Pack (4 songs, loads of materials, sounds, stickers, a laser, a paintgun, 2- Monster Pack (one song, lots of sounds and stickers, 4 materials)

Echo the above. MGS pack Monster pack Creator pack 1 ( FREE ) They're the essential ones. For future ones just wait until they're released and see what reviews they get. You can usually find a level somewhere too that shows everything in a particular pack so you can view before you buy. There's probably one for every pack out there if you search for them.

Really you don't need either to create. If you have to buy anything, get the MGS pack though. Paintinators and paint switches add a lot more ways to do things logic and gameplay wise. But again, not every decent level needs to have a paintinator, so the MGS pack is not a "necessity" per se.

Everything else is pretty much stickers. The ico pack had sounds / music didn't it? I still don't have that one thinking about it.

Has a really cool hollow wind sound Im using to create a empty atmoshere.

I wouldn't bother with Ico. It only has one extra speaker which includes a few sounds we already have anyway. BTW if all you want from the Ico pack is the sounds would it be possible for someone to send it to you attached to something or would you not be able to use it ?

Nope. If it's a in a copyable level you can't edit the level at all and I think if it's an object, then you aren't allowed to place it. I could just go out and buy it. Tsk Tsk mrV
