Apologies for double posting. I'm new posting things like this on the site. I've pmed a moderator to remove the old thread.

Please let me know what you think of the level. It's pretty short so shouldn't take up too much of your time

I have revamped this level to version 2.0 and published it anew, removing the old one.

Please F4F or just try if you have time. Thanks

Here is some feedback as I play through the level.

--I like the fire-pole in the fire station. Nice use of a visible piston thingy.

--Fire truck moves fast enough to make the player swing out backwards but not too fast that it runs amok. Good work. I see that you've used about 10 or so red stickers on the fire truck.

It'd look a bit cleaner if you used one and simply resized it using the right analog pad and made it really really big before putting it on the firetruck. Then put the remaining black trim on.

--The falling fire blocks on the ground level are fun, they got me twice and I should've know better then second time.

--The elevator music is a good touch. At first I couldn't figure out why the music had changed to such a different style music but it got clear fairly quickly.

--The player can jump onto the top of the elevator when it starts going down and the proximity sensor doesn't reach up that high so it goes all the way back to the bottom and the player is stuck.

--The roof with the metal boxes and steam it also done believably though it is a bit odd that there is a bird waiting in the ventilation system of a burning building waiting to pull people up but it still works out well.

--The cat at the top was done well and I liked the people at the bottom who catch it. It can be hard to create people in LBP but you've done a pretty good job making identifiable people.

As I look back on the level I think that it would be a nice touch to keep including the room number stickers on each level because after about the third level, I think, I don't remember seeing doors and from the first few floors I got the impression that I was in an apartment type building.

You have a few different variations on the fire hazard though there is some repetition in the higher levels. The bottom half of the building is my favorite in regards to the originality and variations of fire hazards.

I hope this feedback helps.

Cheers.

Thankyou for playing and the feedback, I've definetly got some stuff to think about there!

The bird is actually a pigeon which you get alot of in apartment buildings. I put loads of err..'bird mess' splats around to give that impression.

I guess I could make a pigeon from scratch to be more obvious though. Thanks!

You needn't make a pigeon from scratch as I think the bird works out as it is. It was a bit late at night when I played and I may not have paid much attention to the bird droppings.

If you are looking for things to add you can always have the player find some trapped people in the building as you are climbing your way up. The player can push aside some debris to free them or grab the people to free them.

Just a thought.
