101 things that may have possibly changed LBP (Perhaps)

The whole idea of this project is to design a selection of stamps commemorating all the moments in LBP history (good and bad). It sort of speaks for itself so I'll cut to the chase.

The problem is that most of those stamps are designed by me! I want the community to join in the fun by helping design stamps.

Design instructions
Simply put your design in a box of this size:

(copy the box for accuracy)

Only include the date if its a major part of the design (like the paininator stamp)

Please don't include class or stamp edges as I'l add them later (for consistancy)

That sheet up there fits 110 stamps roughly, I can always expand it ofc. But the ideal is 101 "moments" and some moments are bigger than others (like the druid of the 1 mil levels)

(it's unfair but I can't promise I'll use your stamp if it's really bad. It would have to be pretty bad though)

Whats a good design for a stamp?
Anything thats been a memorable moment or significant event for MM or the Community. Such as those listed below. Please avoid Personal moments.

Thats the class of the stamp, 1st being the fastest and safest 3rd being the opposite. 3rd class stamps are pretty much non-existant these days though, I just put them there for some variety.

The 9th is to "celebrate" ramp.

Someone should make a stamp about MODNATION RACER, since the release of the game means that LBP is the father of "Play Create Share" new genre.

He's a popular Litt;eBigPlanet level creator. But his levels arent platformers, theyre like old retro games, like galaga, merged into LBP. You should try it out. The level thats on my stampo is his dance dance revolution level.

I think they were the one who made all those levels with the rockets that flew left to right like in old videogames and the player was inside a box in the back layer moving it around. Those used to be the best LBP levels, I think that's who it was anyway.		2009-08-06 05:51:00

Yes there was an angel DLC last valentines day and it is VERY sought after since it was available for the least amount of time of any of the DLC and is therefor was the most MISSED DLC out there. I didn't even know it ever came out and missed it like most people out there.

Sorry about the lack of updates on this guys, sort of got distracted by work and other games to be honest... Fat princess is too addictive.

I'm working on making all the stamps provided now, and thanks for all the effort so far!

We're still a bit off our goal though and ideas are running dry, but we will make it I promise!

Just noticed how long it's been since I updated the front page - new stamp sheet is now up!

Anyone happen to have a rough date on when the teleporter was invented?

I'd also like to apologise for any stamps that we have duplicates on, I'm working this over several forums and I should really organise who's doing what better.

Sadly some stamps (such as bomb drop levels) have had multiple copies of them made, please don't take offense if yours wasn't added to the main sheet.

WHAT?!? It did many things! It helped creators with making levels, it stopped people (including me) from H4Hing, and it provided a great place to find and share levels!

Original files didn't help with the resizing so had to clean mine up with photoshop.

Also I'm not sure we've made a difference to LBP, that was my aim by episode 10 and we're only at 5

Meh there's no real scaling for a poster - I did think of that, however the haphazard way it's been thrown together will make it hard to put it to a decent sized poster (anything above A4).

If you look at the 15 minute E3 interview from 2007 (I think) they show off how big the level space is and go all the way to the right in the level. If you load up all the backgrounds now you can see where the end has been EXTENDED sometime later in the process. In the desert level you can see they've added bits after the large fence. In the japanese garden there's a sudden cut on the floor / lawn / houses in the back and you can see they've added background models and extended the space. Around 10-20% space increase. I'm not talking about the thermo at all but the area you build in.2009-08-22 10:11:00

I didn't forget about this thread, in fact I was just thinking about it last week.

Anyway, would ramp being deleted off the LBP servers be an important event (because a giant thread was made for it) or is that covered by the ramp one that is aready there?

It's Finished!

Ok, so it was sort of finished before but i was too lazy to post it

The mathematically persuaded among you might notice there are actually 102 stamps. Thing is not only did I find a stamp in my folder (40mb of stamp stuff!) I also had a space left over. So a new additions are :

* The "Day the search was updated". I think it was one of the first i made but some reason I forgot about it...

* Media Molecules stamp. Lets face it, they deserve one for just being themselves.
