I just checked Mm's twitter page and it seems they are posting codes for the kratos costume to celebrate the 1,000,000 level landmark! Sometimes everyone thinks "aww it's probably taken so there is no point trying" and it ends up never getting used. I've seen that happen a few times on another forum.
