- Profile problem that doesn't save work or worse corrupts levels so that you can't salvage anything from them.
- Thermometer limitations.
- Players slapping other players enough that it disrupts actual gameplay

k - I feel better now

The floaty jump.
The way that a lot of people seem to make steps/obstacles a certain size so that you must be at the peak of your jump to get over it. And the floaty jump doesn't help.

That's it really. Those two things are VERY annoying though.

Server lag and terrible connection practically all the time

Profile and thermo limits

Inability to make decent intricate characters sackboy size without losing detail

Hate keep getting messages and invites mid jump or when creating with no option to turn them off

Lack of decorations

Having to wait so long for sticker cutout tool and image import

Things that are annoying to me about LittleBigPlanet:

Levels with :star::star::star::star::star: that are just prize levels
H4H and it's cousin, Anti-H4H
The grid dis-aligning itself at the worst times possible
My levels can't make themselves and I actually have to work at it
Having to set emitters at least twice to make them emit correctly
Online lag
Accidentally activating an emotion and giving someone the wrong impression
It consumes hundreds of hours of my life

-H4H, Stupid, non-creative anti-H4H
-LAG LAG LAGGGG!!!!
-The thermometer....
-ONE level DLC
-STUPID SLAPPERS!
-People rating 5 stars on garbage levels

-Profile full message
-Not being able to jump down to a layer behind you.

That's about it..
I love LBP!

-Level Copiers, H4Hers, people who make Anti-H4H levels that are just as bad or worse than H4H levels, Spammers.
-Lag.
-The freakin' thermometer.
-Reset Pod Decoration is the first thing you see in the pause menu when in Pod when it should be deep into settings somewhere.
-Like everyone else says, the horrible rating system where crappy levels are 5 stars (prize levels) and good levels are rated low (Keldur's Lafarge's Request).
-All the stupid join requests, there shouldn't be a pop-up. It should just show a little message and you should have to press start to see it.
-The pop-up that keeps coming up when you can't save, if I'm in a level there's nothing I can do about it. It should only come up in the Pod and Create Mode and not a million times in a minute like it does now.

And a whole lot more that I can't think about right now .

Inability to hide my online status, turn off invites or set status to away in-game.

Inability to backup all my levels in one place on my HD.

Stickers that have that awful white line around them.

That's it really.

Everything about the interface in create mode. Literally everything. I don't think there is a single thing I wouldn't change if I was allowed to redesign it. The components we have rock, it's just the interface that I just wanna pick by the scruff of the neck and ... and... uuuurghh
A large proportion of the physics engine
The pathetic profile and level saving mechanism.
The searching mechanisms for levels.
The lack of sound / music available.
Online messages - or at least the inability to supress them

That's it for now. There are a lot of things that bug me about the game. Far too many to go into detail. But I love it, I can't get enough and it consumes way too much of my time

- The limited therometer
- H4H, anti H4H, spamming etc.
- Loads of prize levels being rated 5 stars
- Sometimes the grid mode dis-aligns itself, which can be annoying
- Sometimes the physics
- Takes a long time to load up community levels (well for me anyway)
- LOADS of glitches

That's about it really. I still love LBP though.

The limited profile! >:C
That the MMpicks and similar are not featured in-game anymore.
No chat-log

No brick materials!

Not specifically things that annoy me about LBP, but those who play it...

- creators who put cutscene speech during a life-threatening jump
- creators who build stairs out of Dark Matter
- creators who rate other levels low for devious reasons
- creators who publish 6 'Share' levels at the same time

And about LBP itself, pretty much what a lot of others have said about pop-up messages, lag, H4H and trophies.

Yes... especially that first one. You know who you are!

...also, don't ever interrupt my point combo with a cut scene either.

Definately don't use a cutscene to break my combo AND throw me down a hole in one fell swoop. That's just mean...2009-07-22 13:56:00

Is activating a camera just to have it stop at 1 second and surprise you with a boss battle ok? 2009-07-22 14:02:00

For cinematic effect? Certainly. Just make sure there is no chance of a cheap death involved, i.e. pin down the sackboy in a safe place and just create the illusion of danger using shock value and camera angles etc. It's generally when people don't really think about the consequences of what could happen, when they put in a cutscene that it goes wrong and leads to death.2009-07-22 14:23:00

Well, not sure if you can call it cinematic. You just stand on the boss (which looks like a chair), the camera gets activated and when the countdown reaches one the countdown stops, the boss rises, the bit you stood on disappears and you suddenly find yourself below the boss. No chance that the boss will kill you at that moment.

I used it in ToS2, but only had one person to test it.

Eh...

- Shape is too complicated.
- Loud "cannot do this" noise.

Mostly things in Create Mode.

Poor sever status, random lag, and getting 403'd. There's also POD vandals and automatic plane-switching that doesn't work OR works when you don't want it to.2009-07-22 22:14:00

I have, 80 gigabytes of HDD space (give or take a few) on my Ps3. That's 81 920 megabytes.
Out of these 81 920 megabytes, I am only allowed to use a very few of them, for a game where the primary focus is so called "boundless creativity.".

I know it's not MMs fault, but it is annoying nonetheless.

I hate the naf disorganised pop-it

With the build up of DLC it's becoming a real pain to find the items that you want

A "boundless" software doesn't exist so this means you know since day one that this is PR talk...

At least, LBP is the most optionated editor i've ever seen on consoles. Ever.

- The grid shifting on its own
- Hitting quickplay by accident
- People low rating because they can, or they can't finish the level
- That squelching sound, that could be ANYTHING, ANYWHERE dissapearing in the level
- Resetting the pod when you did'nt mean to, wheres the save option?
- Setting of a "scripted" sequence, not realising, then saving the level, this happened 5 times to the intro of Mars Attacks 2, it even happened yesterday after 24 hours of being published.
- Spinning circles that you have to use to climb a great height by launching sackboy, only to get almost to the top, and fall, and theres no checkpoint half way. In fact, I hate ALL those sections, long or short.
- Spam on levels
- Constant costume packs, with useless stickers.
- Wires for switches getting hidden behind stuff, mainly other planes
- Going to grab a wire, missing and selecting the whole level, which now seems miraculously and completely glued together as one because I stuck a light to a wall. Then you expect the wire to be selected and move the cursor only to find the attached section of the level moves instead.
- Forgetting to make pistons stiff
- Forgetting to hide switches and sounds, then forgetting to hide them back in create, and repeating this process until the level is finished and someone in the showcase section points it out
- Writers (creators) block, staring blankly at the screen for hours without any results

I'm a grumpy old so and so at times, makes you wonder why I actually play the game

Another pet pevee of mine is that if you mix Popular, LBP and comment box you get alot of "pls play my level h4h" (or something thereof) comments.
Ingame, youtube, you name it, it probably got it.
Nothing I really find outrageous or anything but geez.

Oh and forced zooming out seeing your entire level as a large glob of light like Grantos there said.

-that random breaking noise you hear in create mode
-levels on the front page that shouldn't be there
-levels that should be on the front page aren't there
-my levels keep getting about 10 or less plays when I first publish them, but yet they get 4 or 5 stars
-some levels have 2 or 3 stars, with about 200 plays
-stickers are unorganized
-can't save profile message
-low resolution concept art
-levels that are rated 5 stars, although they should be rated 4 or 3 stars
-acing that sumo level
-people stickering my pod
-people complaining about no MM levels on almost EVERY DLC coming out
-accidentally holding L2 and not knowing it
-lag online causes you to die
-tag system seems to only bring up the same 20 levels every time (I think MM should reset the tags.)
