Ok so my friend won an invitation to Comic Con from Sony on twitter. He gets to bring one guest and he chose me. We both have no idea what to do, it's in San Diego, I don't have a clue if it's paid for, or all they really gave us is the invitation inside. Anyone know?

^^ And he will... so long that security doesn't force you to fill out an information sheet (thus giving them your name, address, phone number, zip code, billing information, birth date, etc.) You'll be fine once you get past that, and Comic-Con is definitely worth going to (especially if one of the booths INVITES you; that's practically a VIP experience right there!) If you find out that you'll need to get your own hotel room, relax; when Comic-Con is around, rates drop all around the city, so you won't need to worry about costly accomodations. And if you need to find an alternative to the convention, just rent a peddy-cab and pedal around the bay, or go strolling around the city on foot. So no worries, dude! It's gonna be fine, you're with your friend, and it's in San Diego for crying out loud!! Have fun at Comic-Con!

It's going to be 250 for the round trip flight and 2 night stay, per person. But, I have absolutely no idea how we get in, they invited us but they haven't replied to our email. They asked for our name but how will we know they received the email? I don't want to get there only to find out we can't get inside. Lol.

That would be the worst if you got all the way there and could not get in. I would think they would give you guys some information before you go.
