what if there was a build a sackboy store in a local mall or something. you chose what material, close, and holdable objects. what do u guys think. my 8 year old bro came up with the idea They were actually gonna do it, but was cancelled. They were gonna sell various pre0made costumes (outfits you get in story-mode and such) or you would be able to make your own sack-person. But got cancelled due to apparently not being profitable. | 2009-07-20 01:54:00 Author: Silverleon Posts: 6707 |

We do actually but its for younger children since its not build your own sackboy Its called Build a Bear. I used it when i was younger:Basically you go in the brightly coloured shop and pick one of the bears at various price ranges you then get one of the assistants to put fluff in your bear from a machine until you think its soft enough. Then they put some kind of mini heart in it as if it was real. Lastly you pick some clothes and use a computer to give it a name so youu get a certificate. They are really expensive though my brother got one too when he was young and his was like 50 pounds:82$. But mine was like 30 pounds:50$ Also the clthes were really tight on the teddies and it took forever to get them on and off, not to mention I lost his converse shoes | 2009-07-20 08:47:00 Author: ecowarrior Posts: 137 |
It would have been nice, but the amount of ddifferent things they would have had to come up with for your brothers idea would have been ridiculous - and obviously not profitable. Five interchangeable costumes may have made some profit - but not what toy companies are really looking for. So yeah, it's unlikely to happen. | 2009-07-20 08:58:00 Author: Coxy224 Posts: 2645 |
