The Witch from Fire Dragon mountain

Archive: 13 posts

Just played The Witch from Fire Dragon Mountain by a-tziluth.

Wow! If you thought you'd had thermo issues, check this this level out. It's got lots of neat tricks and drama, and some great action sequences.

And if you manage to get to the end of this epic adventure, there's an impressive boss that's tricky to beat.

Good stuff.

Found this one last night and it's a heck of a level! Extremes in excellent design in some spots and some not so excellent but the gameplay is outstanding. The boss is hard and really really cool. (multi-stage goodness!)

I loved it 5 stars & heart from me!

I was about to make this EXACT thread!

What I can't understand is why this level only has 3 stars! It must've been n00bs who couldn't beat it.

WOW! That's the longest that I have ever spent trying to complete a single level, difficulty: EXTREME! i'm glad I made it to the finish though and there is 3 boss battles, the creator must have done something wierd to the thermo, anyways thanks for recommending MrsSpookyBuz2009-07-20 02:46:00

Pretty amazing level. I didn't really like the way it looked (obviously no thermo to work with after all the other stuff and it was HUGE and a full of fun platforming), but the enemy and character designs are perfect... and BOTH bosses look and animate absolutely mind blowing. I never thought I'd see a dragon as impressive as _OIL's and gevurah22's, but this one blew my mind... that last form of the witch at the end is the best looking and most fluidly animated boss I've seen... x10

Tons of awesome fun moments, like the carriage falling down Looney Tunes style - I like how you were directed in a blatant, but entertaining way with the emitting arrows and count downs.

Saw it on page 2 or 3, and somoneone uploaded an awesome dragon pic, and remembered your thread saying to play it... good thing. Thanks.

Just played it and i gotta say it was awesome!
incredible visuals in a challenging level, not too easy, but not extremely hard either, a nice combination of view and gameplay.

5 Stars and hearted.
Truly an HQ level.

I found this one on cool levels, but I haven't played it yet. I'm just spending most of my time in LBP right now in create mode.

Although I'll probably try it tomorrow. Sounds really cool.

I've been a fan of this guy for a while. His Bird and giant level is awesome. I prefer that to this one but they're both amazing.

I'm convinced the japanese have bigger thermos than we do though because i know for a fact if I tried to put all the material in there in a level on my moon the thermo would be full before I'd even got half of it in. That's without any moving parts either.

Haha. I don't think they really have bigger thermos
No idea how he pulls it off, but I'm sure the thermos are the same.

Anywho, what an amazing level! I thought it was great up until the boss, at which point it was awesome!

Great use of the global lighting tool too!

The best dragons I've ever seen in Little Big Planet.
Great boss battles.

Wow, very nice detail on the characters and the dragons. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be though. I had to restart on a part because I went the wrong way and couldn't go back : .

Edit: I just replayed the level and got the #1 score .

Very impressive level. The dramatic opening is incredible and the dragon boss is something to behold.
