After some looking on the nets im pretty sure its in a 3 player area of the bunker sorry i cant be more exact edit: looked some more, its in the wheel puzzle slightly above and to the left of the giant tank (the one with the fist sticker switch on it)

I helped someone get this exact one last week. It's just a set of switches that rotate the rooms back and forth. It doesn't really require a whole lot of logic, just keep flipping the switches back and forth until everyone is where they need to be, and you should be as good as wearing that cardboard box.
