Ok, to celebrate releasing my saga I've been working on for the last 3+ months, I've decided to hold a contest. This is no ordinary contest! This goes out to all you masters of the creative platforming, secret finding, bubble hunters! Hidden through out the two part level, Deja Boom are 6 hidden prize bubbles with 6 stickers. These are puzzle pieces to a large secret picture. So the contest is simple - First 4 people to assemble the puzzle and take a picture of it and send it to me as a Little Big Gift get 100 exp. Note: you must either add me as a friend or take the picture IN the level itself and upload it and it will show up on the level preview. Then post here that you are done and I'll check it out! Puzzle winners: 1.Spider-Jew 2.Shadowheaven 3.MisterVista 4.Morgana25 Also for the pro's out there, there will be EXP for high scores... as follows: 1st place one player: 150 exp - MisterVista 1st place two players: 100 exp - ShadowHeaven 1st place four players: 150 exp - 4 player group with Morgana25 NOTE:::This is two levels! So it will be the cumulative scores of the two levels for high score. Don't worry they aren't long, it's about as long as ONE level, I just went into way too much detail and had crazy special effects that killed the thermo way too fast. AND Yeah I said 4 players up there! And you will be fighting for each others points during the levels so it should be fun! The contest will end Saturday, July 25th at 1200am (Saturday night Sunday morning) Eastern Standard time. (7am GMT for you English buggers.) For high score entries, send me a friend request with your high score. For the puzzle entries, simply send me a picture of the puzzle assembled as best you can (send it by email if you must, PM for details). Also there is a tribute to LBPCentral if you find all of the puzzle pieces which leads to some of my best creator tools, including a time delay, 3way switch logic block, a basic state device and more! So keep looking if the first three spots are already taken.

There's a problem with the method of sending you a photo. Don't you need to be someone's friend to send them a LittleBigGift? I'm sure you don't want everyone participating to have to be added on PSN... Can't we just post it here. People should know how to upload photos by now, and if they don't we can explain it.

Well I don't have a problem adding friends, because that has been done before - it has to be done for the top score anyway. Another alternative is to do it in the level itself, then upload it - since this will have your PSN on the picture. Uploaded pics have the risk of being copied and used by people other than those who actually made it.

I'm going to move this up to Saturday. The levels are done and published right now as "Deja Boom!" and "Deja Boom (Part 2)" but will remain locked until the contest starts... this Saturday. The contest will run for one week so Next Saturday will be the last day... Ending at Midnight Eastern Standard time.

Hey the level was broken this whole time and I didn't see it - when you get all six stickers, it should unlock a hidden area, including a jet pack so you can see THE WHOLE level, like No Clip in halflife, you just fly around like a god mode. Check it out if you have all 6 stickers, there's also a HUGE LBPCentral tribute in the hidden area.

At the end of part 1 when you drive down the tunnel and the cop cars are destroyed at the end why does the score go down ? I'm sure I heard brains popping which I would have thought should increase your score but it always takes some off instead. I don't understand why that is. I played again last night and before that part I was on 4881 but when I got to the end and they disappeared it went down to 4787 !! Can you explain please.

Honestly that's something with the game itself, I didn't put that in there at all - it seems like it's taking the 10% off or whatever percent it takes when you die, but obviously you aren't dying there. I'm not sure what is happening but can at least comfort you in the fact that it takes off everyone's score there so you aren't being handicapped in the competition.

Thanks Lucky. I wasn't worried it was just happening to me or that it was anything you'd done. I figured it was some sort of glitch in the game in general but I just wondered if you knew what or you'd heard of it before. I've never managed to figure out exactly how many points you lose each time you die in levels. There must be a standard figure surely otherwise it wouldn't be fair at all. It would be nice if someone at MM told us exactly what that is and how it works. If i've worked it out right the amount I lost at that point in Deja Boom ( meant to say great title by the way ) was 1.92% which seems a really weird figure. I'm sure that each time you lose a life at enemies or bosses it goes down more than that. Doesn't it ?

Ok so this is what I've noticed in the past on this game - when you die from something it usually takes ~9% of your score. But when you die from the same thing or in the same way it takes less and less of your score away... especially if it's right after you just died. It's weird, but i'm sure someone has figured it out. Ok, so some people could not get to part 2, because the key glitch where getting the key wouldn't unlock the level for some odd reason. So for those still interested in the last puzzle solver slot and 100 exp, or for those wanting to go for the high score and need to play part 2, OR for those who just want to see the end of the story, Part 2 is now unlocked. Enjoy!

Morgana25 posted a pic in the hidden area, and wins the last spot for putting the puzzle pieces together. High score prize will be harder to figure out, I need the x2 and x4 high scores to tell me who out of the top 2 and top 4 actually got the highest score while you guys were playing. But single player top score is easy... and that will be given out on time tonight at midnight.

Ok results are in! For 1 player, the top three were: 3. Shadowheaven 2. Roanoake 1. MisterVista (winner of 150exp!) The top 2 player score wasn't even close, Shadowheaven ran away with it and won 100 exp! The top 4 player score was a group with Morgana25, which all tied so the 150 exp will be split up for them (if you got a higher x4 score, please PM me, I'm having a very hard time tracking down 4 players to check this score board)
