I read the article today. I guess it's quite informative. Especially how at first they were not sure wheather to make the backgrounds 2D or 3D. Plus, isn't that calculator level featured been around since the beta?

Yup. That calculator is oooolld. I guess it still stands as a good example of whats possible in LBP. I bet there are better examples though...
