My understanding of candles was that you could crush the wax part with a big rock and the wick would remain. When I tried this a couple of weeks back it just didn't work. Either this has been fixed, I've missed something in the method, or I'm really, really bad at dropping rocks Can someone either tell me the proper method, or sort me out with a pre-extracted flame. Thanks

Hi rtm, just get the red candle make it really big, now select the flame and press L3 (or is it R3?) to duplicate it the flame should be the only thing that duplicates. If you have issues with this just let me know and i can send you something with the flame on it. EDIT: you have to put it on something though, you can't just press x and it appear on its own.

You have to cut-out the material its attatched to. I always use the candle flame its just an easy way to add atmosphere.

Always attach your flames to tiny pieces of dark matter when using them in a level (as long as they don't have to move)... that way you can always select the piece with drag-and-drop to easily remove out. Sometimes just selecting it and deleting it works, other times it doesn't.
