It's there on the rare occasion we want to use it. There are things that might end up in there in the future - we're not sure, but we'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Yeah, I know of two times it's been used... when we had a spare beta key and a spare Nariko preorder code for the EU... I guess beta codes could be used, but I doubt we'll have any that big soon... but, um, yeah <_>
